We are happy to accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply reach out to hello@karachildress.com with your order number and we will take care of it right away. After that window, made-to-order pieces will have entered production and are considered final sale. For address changes, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your order before it ships.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your piece is on its way. White Glove deliveries are coordinated with you directly by phone so that you can schedule a convenient arrival window.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary by piece. Stocked accessories, tabletop, textiles, and lighting typically leave our atelier within two to three business days and arrive within five to seven business days from the date of shipment.
Furniture is delivered by White Glove appointment and typically arrives within three to five weeks. For made-to-order pieces, please refer to the lead time noted on the product page and allow an additional two to four weeks for delivery.

Your White Glove delivery includes a scheduled appointment with a four-hour arrival window, a two-person team, and placement in the room of your choice. Your piece will be unpacked and assembled where needed, and all packaging will be removed before the team departs.
Please note that the team is unable to move or dispose of existing furniture, hang or hardwire lighting, mount mirrors or art, or make any alterations to your home. For more information, please visit our Shipping and Delivery page.
Not yet — though our projects have always traveled, from Texas to Mexico and well beyond. We currently deliver throughout the contiguous United States, but if you are ordering from elsewhere, we warmly invite you to reach out before placing your order and we will do our very best to make arrangements.
Some things are best sent straight from the hands that made them. The Collection is drawn from workshops and studios we have trusted for decades, and some pieces travel directly from the maker's floor to your door. The product page will always indicate when this is the case, and our studio follows every order closely regardless of where it originates.
Returns & Exchanges
Stocked pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that furniture returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Made-to-order, vintage, one-of-a-kind, and sale pieces are final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged. For complete details, please visit our Returns and Exchanges page.
Much of The Collection is either made especially for you or found only once. A made-to-order piece is crafted to your exact selections and cannot be remade for someone else, and a one-of-a-kind find simply has no twin. We never want you to feel uncertain about a purchase, so please do not hesitate to reach out before placing your order. We are always happy to share dimensions, finish samples, and additional photography to help you feel completely confident in your choice.
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@karachildress.com with photos of the piece and its packaging. We will work quickly to repair, replace, or refund your order and will do everything in our power to make it right. The sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can help.
